Skagit ARES/RACES is sponsoring an ACES Basic certification course in Burlington, WA.  The course fee is $25 per student at the door and includes the student workbook.  IS-100, IS-200 and IS-700 are required prior to certification.  You may take the class before completing the FEMA courses but you will only receive your certificate after completing the courses and providing certificates.  Students must bring a radio, manual and charger along with the FEMA certificates and the $25 course fee.  Pre-registration is required.  Contact Scott N7SS at N7SS@arrl.net with questions or for more information.
