Kitsap Emergency Management is sponsoring an ACES Basic certification course. The course fee is $25 per student at the door and includes the student workbook. The IS-100, IS-200 and IS-700 courses are available online and required prior to certification. You may still take the class if you haven't completed the FEMA courses, and you will receive your certificate when you complete the FEMA courses. Students are required to bring a radio and manual for programming practice and passing traffic. Pre-registration is required.
