Skagit ARES/RACES is sponsoring an ACES Basic certification course in Burlington, WA. The course fee is $25 per student at the door and includes the student workbook. ICS 100, 200 and 700 are required prior to certification. You may still take the class if you haven't completed the FEMA courses, and you will receive your certificate when you complete the FEMA courses.
