Your station's name as you want it listed on the website. Suggestions are "Tillamook EOC, K7ICT", or "Daron Wilson, N7HQR", etc.
Count of stations you contacted of the same class. If you contacted the same station multiple times within the rules, you should increase this count accordingly.
Count of stations you contacted of a different class. If you contacted the same station multiple times within the rules, you should increase this count accordingly.
Count of the counties (other than your own) that you made contact (no duplicates).
Count of the number of officials that visited your station. Officials can be emergency managers, fire station staff, hospital personnel, etc.
Count of the number of messages originated by officials and sent from your station.
Count of the number of pedestrians or laypersons informed about amateur radio and the day's operations, incidental to the exercise.
Count of the number of stations you were able to contact by going mobile, that you were not able to contact from your original position.
Count of the number of FRS contacts made. Each contact is counted once for the entire exercise, as a communication between two individuals on FRS or (licensed) GMRS.
Count of the number of simplex VHF/UHF (or above) contacts made. Each station of the same or different class that was counted above may also be counted here for the simplex bonus, if it was made via simplex.
Count of the number of HF contacts made (any mode). Each station of the same or different class that was counted above may also be counted here for the HF bonus, if it was made on HF.
